Noisette Bentleigh Internal

Noisette Bentleigh is now open

It is with great pride that we opened our second Noisette cafe in Bentleigh. It has been a long time coming since our Port Melbourne opening, but we wanted to make sure that the time and place was right to ensure that our own high expectations were met.

This Bentleigh cafe has been in the planning for well over 6 months, and we did have to go back to the skeleton of the building to get it right - but we feel like we have. It is a different look compared to Port Melbourne, and the size has meant that we could make efforts to create spaces for larger groups and more intimate catch-ups.

We really hope that you all enjoy the new cafe as much as Port Melbourne, and Noisette looks forward to becoming part of the Bentleigh neighbourhood.

Around the World in 11 Doughnuts

custard-beignet

Celebrate French joie de vivre with a beignet, a doughnut with French origins but made popular in New Orleans. The beignet is softer with a brioche feel. They’re best served hot and filled with sugary goodness. Port Melbourne’s Noisette offers three types of beignets – strawberry jam, vanilla custard (the vanilla bean is from Madagascar) and salty caramel. All are made with butter from Brittany, making them extra calorific… and delicious! -
