Monte Cristo Croissant Recipe

- 4 Noisette Croissants
- 4 Tbsp Cream Cheese
- 8 Slices Swiss Cheese
- 8 Slices Black Forest Ham
- 1/4 Cup Raspberry Jam
- Powdered Sugar (For dusting)
- Aluminum Foil (For wrapping)
- Preheat oven to 180°
- Slice each croissant in half. Spread the inside of the bottom half of the croissant with 1 tbs cream cheese. Top with one slice of swiss cheese, then one fourth of the ham and top with another slice of swiss cheese. Repeat for all 4 sandwiches.
- Wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the ham is heated through.

- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3 Tbs Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbs Cream Cheese
- Fresh Strawberries
- 4 Fresh Noisette Croissants
- Add your heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar into a bowl and blend well until peaks form.
- Add in your vanilla extract and beat or whip until well combined.
- Cut your croissants in half.
- Slice your strawberries.
- Fill a piping bag with a frosting tip (if you wish for your whipped cream to be decorative) and pipe the whipped cream onto one sliced side of the croissant.
- Add sliced strawberries to the top of the whipped cream, fanning them out evenly across, and top with the other side of the croissant.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
- For the decorative croissants with a “Santa hat” on top, slice the top of the strawberry off, frost the cut end of the strawberry with a little extra whipped cream and place it on top of the croissants.
